Booking Terms & Conditions

To book an appointment a RETAINER/DEPOSIT is REQUIRED 

 Retainer (deposit) amounts vary by appointment type.

Retainers are non -refundable and non-transferable.

Retainer goes towards your total due.

CANCELED BOOKINGS, will require a new retainer as original retainer will be forfeited.

CANCELLING LESS THAN 48HRS APPT, results in 50% of remaining balance due.

NO CALLS, NO SHOWS, will be charged for 100% of remaining balance.

CANCELLING DUE TO UNNOTIFIED TARDINESS night results on cancelation of the entire booking.

WITH A MINIMUM NOTICE/ COMUNICATION of at LEAST 1h. 
Clients be up to 15 minutes late might be charge a $20 LATE FEE

WITHOUT NOTICE/ COMUNICATION. 
Clients 15+ minutes late are subject to appointment cancelation.
Cancelation due to uncommunicated tardiness will result in a 100% charge of the appointment as well as the cancellation of the entire booking.
